This is a great summer vacation home and a perfect house for the winter months. Located on the lakeside of Hwy 95 it is close to town and close to the water/launch ramp. 2 car boat deep air conditioned garage, R.V. parking to the side and the rear of property with FULL hookups. House is a corner lot that is 13,000 sq ft. House is 2000 sq ft and is fully loaded with everything you would need.

House has a great kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities, tile floors, Corian counter tops. There is a rooftop balcony that overlooks the lake and surrounding areas. Pool is an infinity edge and can be heated.


Amenities: This house has every Amenitie that you are used to having at home. House has t.v./dvd set up in every room. Bluetooth surround sound and speakers in whole house. House is extremely comfortable and feels like you’re at home. Kitchen has every appliance that you would ever need in a kitchen. House includes an infinity edge pool that can be heated very quickly. Pool has a great waterfall and it is very private.

We stayed at this house for a golf tournament. Four Ladies, four bedrooms and three baths worked out perfect. Loved the pool time in the evenings along with ping pong and foosball parties after golf. We would book again next year if we get into the tournament! We didn't use the kitchen much nice Keurig for coffee in the mornings.

Great location plenty of room, all the utensils needed to cook or grill, amazing views. We were also able to park our boat on the side of the house with enough room to be out of the Main Street. Pool was refreshing after a long day out at the lake and quick communication when any questions arose.

We went to Lake Havasu so our son could checkout the fishing. His boat fit in the garage which was great so you didn't have to unload every night. The home is beautiful, open, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if in the area and is available. The owners are very nice and available.
