winter getaway
We stayed in LeAnn's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks LeAnn

Holiday Getaway
The condo is on the backside of the property with a gorgeous view of the green rolling hills of the golf course, contrasting beautiful mountains and the well kept grounds and pool. Sunsets are amazing. Nice balcony for 2, condo was clean and inviting. The lobby area is well appointed and clean. Security guards on the property are helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your slice of Lake Havasu paradise.

Great Stay
Owners were very responsive which was nice. Property is very close to the lake and bars/restaurants. Would recommend taking the key with you as you try to leave the property as we were locked in a few times. Mattresses on the beds are firm.

Very nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue I had were the old people that walk their dogs in the morning and talked to their dogs below my window at 6am. Will definitely consider staying at this condo again as I give it 5 stars!!!

Awesome!!!
We enjoyed our stay, this condo is immaculate and very well put together. Our view was great and we were able to walk to the shop s and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and a day of golf. I highly recommend this Condo, the owners are great and very responsive.

Had a great time, a few issues checking in
Overall it was very nice. Wasn't comfortable having to turn in waterheater and trip circuit breakers, too many issue's and not clear instructions. Had to stay in a different hotel because of Air-conditioning. I hope to get refunded for one night not staying in Condo and covering Hotel cost. We'll see 👀. Thanks

Hi Sofia I apologize for the instructions being difficult to follow , I’ll be sure to update them as soon as possible . The water heater and electrical turn off /on , is a requirement of the building and necessary for insurance purposes. It was unfortunate that you were unable to get the air conditioner working despite the instructions provided on the control panel . I feel that my husband and I tried tried our best to assist you by calling three repair companies , the manager and housekeeper of the condo to try and resolve the situation. In the end we offered to pay for you to stay in another accommodation and to reimburse you . The air conditioner was on my 8:30 am the morning after your check in and it appeared to be just a minor flick of a switch . We have yet to receive a receipt for the night you stayed elsewhere but would gladly reimburse you when you provide one.

Great Location
The condo was perfect for us. We are frequent visitors to Lake Havasu and the places we frequent were within walking distance. As a golfer enjoyed watching the l on the course each morning before we got our day started. Will for sure ask to stay here again!

Really nice condo, high end fixtures and furniture. Owners were extremely nice and very responsive. Mattresses and pillows were to die for! Super comfortable. Location of condo was perfect. Next to the English village and the London Bridge. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Pool & spa were wonderful and made a great end to the days. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality!

We loved the location close the the bridge and canal. Great view. The Host were very responsive and nice. One recommendation would be to have a table for the balcony. We liked having our morning coffee on the balcony. 😊

From start to finish we absolutely enjoyed every minute we stayed at Queens Bay in the condo. Beds super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, showers were awesome and plenty of room to stretch out or sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and golfcourse!

Location Location Location
This is a lovely, clean, updated condo within walking distance to the Channel. The property is well maintained and the unit is as depicted online. This property is geared toward older generation/quiet and we did not see any other guests, but the condo was nice. We were gone from from early morning to early evening, so can't speak to overall, but the shower, beds and coffeemaker all fit the bill. Very quiet so retiring for the evening early was easy. Overall, a good experience, but you should know Owner is very concerned about the condo remaining pristine so be prepared to respect it accordingly as a personal home and not a rental.

The property was exactly how the pictures showed it to be. The owner LeAnn was very responsive and helpful when we had a question. The king bed was very comfortable. The deck overlooked the beautiful pool and golf course. The location is excellent! Close to everything. We would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome EXCEPT , we never could get access to the internet which caused some problems as far as having to find someplace to use wifi for a couple of online meetings early in the morning. Also, there was NO POOL KEY. So we kept having to run sown the security guy to let us in

perfect location, walk to London Bridge and lots of restaurants nearby. The condo is very clean and spacious, it has a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and lake. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. Carlos, the onsite maintenance man was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Loved our stay here and highly recommend staying.

The property was exactly as described and seen in the ad. The host, Leanne responded to reservation request and answered all questions in a timely manner. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. It definitely met my expectations and would stay again in the future. Lots of parking, security at night, and close to London Bridge and majority of the local businesses are within 5min drive.

Great condo! Very clean and beautiful views!
Great location for a quick getaway! We cooked our breakfast meals and did takeout for dinners because the condo is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The condo was very clean as well as the entire buildings. Boat parking super easy and luggage carts available to bring your items in and out of the unit. Decor is clean, and very nice! Property Managers were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Great Condo
Communication with the homeowner was great, she responded quickly and extremely kind and helpful. Location was perfect, we were able to take a short walk straight to the channel. Condo was clean and had a great view. Only complaint would be that the pool was pretty dirty when we attempted to go in on Sunday, which is totally not the homeowners fault and it wasn't surprising to be honest. We just went back to the channel instead, has better people watching anyways. All in all we will definitely be renting again this summer if availability allows.

The perfect weekend spot
The location is great! Beautiful lake and golf course view, quiet, clean, and stocked for a perfect weekend getaway. Walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and fast food options ... and a very short drive to the Bridge, the Channel, and town. Leanne is awesome to work with, SUPER responsive and accommodating. Great condo in perfect location
This property is very clean and spacious. It’s very nicely renovated and has all the amenities one could need. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with much more and nicer items than most rentals. The view of the golf course and lake is amazing. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but looked very nice! The parking lot is big and offers covered spots and the boat parking in the back of the lot was always open and exactly what we needed for our 30’ trailer.

4 Days at Queens Bay
The Condo was everything the pictures showed and more. The decor was very tastefully done, tight and clean. Coffee on the balcony was so relaxing in the morning overlooking the London Bridge Area @ Lake Havasu, the golf course and the pool. The beds were very comfortable, good sleep. The location was extremely convenient for some wonder food and shopping. My wife was thanking me constantly for getting the condo.

Great room on golf course.
This property is very clean and updated inside. It is on the golf course, therefore it has a great unobstructed view from the balcony. The public pool is very large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It has a full kitchen and fridge.
