The Perfect Lake Havasu Lake View Pool/Spa Home getaway!!!

Amazing Lake and Mountain Views from this Perfect 3 bed, 2 bath, Pool/Spa Home. Beautiful furnishings with King Beds in each room. Bedroom 3 has a Cal King/Twin Bunkbed. Located approximately 5-7 minutes from Windsor Beach Launch Ramp, London Bridge, Mohave Desert, and Downtown. Nearest cross streets are Havasupai / Empress. Plenty of Driveway parking for you and your guests. Additionally, there is a huge side yard with full hookups that will accommodate an RV and/or Boat or up to 6 vehicles as well. No garage access. Sorry - NO PETS.

Winter Months (30 Night Minimum):
Available Nov 1st thru April 15th at a 60% Discount with a 30 day minimum rental period. Free Pool Service. Utilities and Landscaping included in rental cost. All Linens, and Towels are included in rental cost. Propane (if used) for Pool/Spa Heater is billed separately.

Summer Months (3 Night Minimum):
Available April 16th thru Oct 31st with a 3 Night minimum rental period. All Linens, Towels, and Toiletries are included in rental cost. Propane (if used) for Pool/Spa Heater is billed separately.

Great house, great hosts!

Beautiful views fom this vacation rental and just a short drive to everything. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our mornings and some evenings outside by the pool. I had great communication with the host and he was responsive.The pool was expensive to heat for a few days in April.April.April April.

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The house was very accommodating and up to date. Hiking around Lake Havasu City was pleasurable. This vrbo had plenty of outdoor seating available, with a nice pool and spa. Although no pictures of the bathrooms were posted on vrbo, the master bathroom was very spacious with a nice walk-in shower. Sunsets were always a highlight and the outdoor refrigerator and BBQ grill was a bonus. The owner does charge for heating the pool and spa, but this is advertised. We appreciated the owner contacting us when we were heating the pool to let us know where we were at dollar wise. Fully stocked kitchen.Excellent experience!!
