Gather with friends and family in the open floorpan of this remodeled 4 BR. Minutes to the newly completed Riviera launch ramp in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in front, sides and in back. Leave your boat connected and drive right up. 4th bedroom has trundle bed for two twins...this small room connects and is accessed through the master. Spacious Master has en-suite bathroom. Hall has full bath. Other two rooms are 2-twin and a Queen. +Movable twin cot. BBQ, fire pit and patio dining.
