We had an amazing stay. Such a wonderful home. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying with family. Plenty of room to hang out, lounge in the pool and enjoy meals around the enormous island. Home was well stocked and organized. We had everything we could possibly need. We will be back.

Each year our group picks a location in a warmer climate and goes to get away from the cold. This year we chose Havasu and in particular this house. The house was awesome everyone really enjoyed the house. We found more to do in Havasu and had such a good time we look to come back again...

The Sunsiters get away!

The house is beautiful & plenty of room for 8 seniors! Loved the open floor plan, lots of space for card games. The ping pong table was so fun! Restaurants we enjoyed were, ChaBones, Juicys, Flying X Saloon! House host Jennifer was wonderful!!

We visited Lake Havasu to see my sister and her family. This home is absolutely fabulous! The owners are very thoughtful with how well everything is designed. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool was beautiful, and the beds were so comfy. We had a great time playing ping pong, swimming, cooking with family, and just spending time together with the kids and grandparents. Priceless!

Awesome Home in Havasu

This house was perfect for our group of 8. The 4 bedrooms were spread out so no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. The industrial size ice machine was a big plus. There were two full size fridges (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the garage) and 1 small beverage fridge behind the bar. Plenty of room to keep your drinks cold. We had a great stay and will definitely book this home again when visiting Havasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect for our adult family group

We rented this house for the second year in a row. We were 4 adult siblings and our spouses. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen were great for group meals and entertainment, and we used the pool and ping-pong table every day. One of us loved to mix special cocktails, and that bar room off the living room was a real treat. Very quiet neighborhood, with very friendly people. We had perfect weather in March. We would definitely want to rent it again.

Every thing was as expected. With these exceptions. The service fees and cleaning fees have probably made me decide to not use this platform again. Some of the property wasn’t cleaned properly. Location and layout were perfect

Very Nice House

We were 4 siblings with spouses staying the 2nd week of March. We loved the house, spent hours in the garage playing ping pong, played volleyball in the unheated pool even tho the water was still chilly (we did not opt to have it heated), cooked in most nights, and generally enjoyed the quiet location and perfect weather. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen plenty roomy for multiple cooks, the large, open living room was great, and the bar with window to the covered patio a special treat for a couple of us who liked to play bartender. We had some trouble getting in when the entry numbers didn't work and the contact persons were unreachable, but the owners stepped in immediately and fixed us up. Other than that, we had a great time in the house, and would definitely rent it again.

My family and I had the best time at Jennifer's home in Lake Havasu Everything was spot on We had zero issues Everything was beyond what we expected The beds were so comfortable The house was spotless and so inviting The kitchen is soooo Big and stocked with plenty of things you wouldn't think you'd need, coffee pods! An ICE MACHINE!! That was soooo helpful and just the tip of the iceberg My son loved the big bathtub so much and the views from the front porch are stunning especially at sunset They have plenty of pool toys The garage is ready for fun but probably during the winter as it was super hot so we couldn't really hang out to play ping pong The house is so much bigger then expected which was so nice We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back next year! The bar was awesome too, we aren't drinkers but still found this awesome The remarkable furniture and historical facts are just amazing as well, Thank you Jennifer!!

The layout of the home was fantastic. Big beautiful common area and kitchen. Two master bedroom suites which were roomy and had a luxury feel. Overall the house was perfect for a group of nine friends who get together once a year to reconnect and relax. The pool was lovely with lots of comfortable lounge seating.

This home is spacious and beautiful. The owners went to much effort to be far more accommodating then we have experienced anywhere else. Being there at the peak of summer, the pool was very popular with the family!

The extras were amazing- including extra fridge space, ice maker, pool towels, washer/dryer, ping pong table and even a fully stocked spice cabinet! Downside was the construction site next door that started work at 5am. At least they provided foam earplugs.

Amazing spacious beautiful home

My family & I loved our stay here. There were 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms! This home is beautiful from inside & out. We really enjoyed our stay.
