Important Notes:
• To comply with local rules and regulations, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Additionally, submission of rental agreement within 48 hours of booking is required. Rental in agreement will include a signed rental contract, registration information (including guest names & ages), photocopy of ID, and set up of security deposit.
• A refundable $500 security deposit is required. This will be a hold authorization placed on your card two days before your arrival and automatically released seven days after your departure, pending no damages. All deposits are processed securely through Stripe for your safety and peace of mind.

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damages incurred for use or misuse of indoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pit.

NEEDS TLC

Bedrooms were good sizes. Everything else was smaller than how it looked in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. The water pressure in the kitchen is bad. This home needs some TLC. The kitchen chairs need to be tightened up, the 4th step from the bottom needs to be secured, some receptacles on the main floor need to be adjusted. The top deck needs to be re-faced. The home fit 15 people very well.
