Every room was well cleaned. The property was well kept. 2 areas of concern, was a weak Wi-Fi which kept turning itself off. And I thought our stay came with provided breakfast. We did not receive any free breakfast.

The spa is dated, not kept as clean as it should be. Checkout is 10 AM which is early. They would not accommodate our late check out request. Additionally, I booked it on Expedia with “book now, pay later” but it he funds came out of my account instantly upon booking. Expedia said the issue was with the hotel and that I needed to call them. When I did, they said the issue was with Expedia and I needed to call them. They pointed fingers at each other! I gave up as I figured I’d be paying for it later anyways. Thank goodness I had the funds in my account to cover it.

Booked for water park was advised it was included for there and they would not let us swim. Wanted $30 a person! My son’s birthday was ruined! My bed in my room was basically collapsed! Will never go back

VERY disappointing. Web site shows a hotel with a waterpark and restaurants. It was a motel and waterpark and restaurants were not on site and not walkable (especially waterpark). Housekeeping did not come first day after check-in and came at 9:00 am on checkout morning even though checkout time was 10:00 am.

Beware! When reserving this room it looks like the pool, hot tub, restaurants and shops are near your hotel room. You must drive to go swimming, workout or if you want to grab a bite to eat. Very misleading. If we had known we would’ve stayed at a place closer to downtown, with the pool and workout room down the hallway.

Had. One room villa started okay, then our door connecting the bathroom to bedroom would not open the whole weekend. We tried to make slushies and the bender started smoking in our room. The sausage in the breakfast buffet was raw and the French toast sticks were hard.

Original room we rec’d was in area of new construction, dirty, loud and layout of room unappealing. Walk in immediately to bedroom and then back portion small living area. Ppl in room next to us with kids and walls seamed paper thin. Hear everything. We asked to move and at first told they were booked up but second phone call got attention and moved to room 211-better but not updated. Kitchen drawer nailed shut, jacuzzi tub didn’t work and see daylight around front door-pretty cold and drafty.

It’s 2024 cable is dead
I was disappointed that we weren’t able to use apps, such as Netflix or Prime Video to enjoy a movie. We were looking forward to watching with the fire running. We even called the building engineer to help us figure out how to cast from our own devices, but it appears that the hotel has decided to not permit that. I can’t see a valid reason why I shouldn’t be able to watch a movie on Netflix While I’m on vacation, I think you need to reconsider this. It’s 2024. Cable is done.

My husband and I have stayed here several times. We really enjoy the seperate bedroom and living areas. The patio/balonies are also very nice and private to sit on and enjoy.

Hotel was amazing. Staff is friendly and professional. However, do not be fooled by the waterpark advertised. It’s there, but not at this resort. It’s down the road and you have to pay quite a bit extra.

The only nice thing about this hotel room was the fact that it had a fireplace and a kitchenette. Everything else about it was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and caused us to check out one day early with back/neck aches. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures, and didn't include a tub. Only a small poorly designed shower that you can barely fit in. It had a thin shower curtain that caused flooding all over the bathroom floor, because it was only separated by a small piece of rubber (pretty much flush with the floor) that wasn't even fully attached... Required a lot of clean up after showering. I do not recommend this hotel or booking with Expedia, because neither of them will offer you a refund if you are unsatisfied. The hotel said they couldn't do anything because we booked thru a 3rd party, and Expedia said the hotel was "sticking to it's policies and not offering a refund." All Expedia offered us was a $25 credit to the Expedia account. Waste of money and time, plus the neighbors were noisy.

Fantastic, it was big and clean, had kitchen and laundry/dryer. Only bad thing was when you need to use the pool, you had to get into the car and get to lobby. It was winter, so it was little inconvenient with kids.
