Best Geneva Beachfront
Cute little place with awesome views of the lake!!! All the amenities needed, very nicely decorated, and comfy beds! Personal parking spot a great plus! Some maintenance required though and a funny smell that was not pleasant to come back to. We had to buy a candle to drown out the smell and one family member with autoimmune health struggles had difficultly with this.

It's due to cooking below and usually not a problem. The running toilet has been remedied. Had you let us know during your stay we would have fixed immediately. Hope to host you again sometime!

Perfect Lakefront Spot in the Heart of Lake Geneva
Beautiful, clean, well-furnished residence with a spectacular lake view. Sitting above a delicious bistro, the home provides immediate access to the lake, walking paths, Riviera Beach, and downtown Lake Geneva restaurants, stores and library. The hosts were friendly, professional, and responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

Anniversary Weekend
This property was more than we expected. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, all the amenties was a plus but the best was the porch. The view from the porch and the proximity to entertainment was a definite plus. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the tours boats, people watching and the activity on Wrigley St. The only thing that is needed at this wonderful rental, is a hand rail on the outside steps. Plan on coming back.

Retirement celebrations
Girls time fun to celebrate a recent retirement after 40 years teaching. We stayed here last year as well. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing!! Early mornings on the veranda sipping coffee and laughing; late nights enjoying the view , the calm , wine and games! Shopping, boating, walking….. so much to see!! Beautiful place that immediately makes you feel pampered and at home! Thank you for another terrific stay!

It was a perfect place to stay at Lake geneva. Just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Walking distance to all the cute stores. I love it when it was too hot outside we can just go back to the place and rest then go back out again when the weather improves. The house was small but our family of 4 fits. It was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfy. I would definitely go back.

Perfect for girls weekend!
Location was perfect for easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Didnt have to pay for parking and view was great from the deck. Beds were comfy, noise from cafe under us was never an issue at all

We enjoy everything about the property except that the beds are terrible. I'm a Chiropractor and those beds are terrible for your spine. Two people on them and you become stuck in the depression in the middle of the bed. Just sayin

Perfect location in charming Lake Geneva!
We loved our visit to Lake Geneva and this property was the perfect location! There was a problem with the internet but the property manager worked with us and was great, it just took a bit longer than we had hoped. The central location is awesome for getting around and not having to drive, but there is a bit of "urban noise" that we didn't quite expect, especially early in the morning. All in all, we would definitely rent it again.

Location! Location! Location!
Our family booked this trip as a last minute get away before the school year begins. We were blown away by this property! We could have stayed on the balcony the whole time! The views were exceptional. The place was well-equipped. We so enjoyed the private parking spot (such an asset in DT Lake Geneva) as well as the pass to the private beach across the street. To be within steps of both the beach and all the restaurants was so convenient for us and our little kids. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

My sister, my mom, and myself headed to Lake Geneva for a few days of relaxation and shopping. The apartment was amazing! It was very clean and the view is the only one like it on that street! The few questions I had were quickly answered. The beds were comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen was fantastic! My family and I are already looking at dates to book this apartment in the near future!

Absolutely Perfect!
My sister and I planned this visit as a surprise birthday celebration for my niece and we couldn't have been happier with this lovely home and location! We felt comfortable from the moment we walked through the door and couldn't believe the view. The home was decorated perfectly and extremely relaxing. It was great to park our car in the provided space and walk to everywhere we wanted to go! The outdoor deck was simply awesome and we enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine, while enjoying the lake and people watching. We look forward to staying at this beautiful home again.

I’m the heart of it
This apartment was just as described, but we were not completely prepared for the noise due to it being above a restaurant. The apartment was cute, decorated to the nines with a lot of eclectic lake decor. It also had a lot of convenience items that other sterile type rentals do not in my experience - like kitchen gadgets and hand soap. While the restaurant is open every time they open and close the door the apartment shakes. We definitely looked forward to close every day. There is also a distinctive smell from the cooking downstairs. Garbage and delivery trucks woke us up in the early morning despite a lot of white noise and fans. Overall, this was a fun little experience and we loved walking everywhere, but I would probably stay somewhere quieter next time.

Adorable house, best location!
Great little spot to experience Lake Geneva! Comfortable beds, cute little kitchen, great balcony overlooking the lake and all the action! So many nice amenities and little touches make you feel right at home. Only complaint is the shower hardly drained! And the dishwasher needs to be reattached to the countertop. Just needs a little handyman maintenance but overall wonderful stay.

What a charming place and just the right size for a small group. The place is bright and airy and very tastefully decorated. Gorgeous view of the lake with all the fall color. The deck is spacious and everything is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Wrigley House was perfection. The location can’t be beat..walking distance to all restaurants, shops, beach, boats, shoreline path. The inside is very charming with a Paris apartment feel. Decor was beautiful. Beach chairs, towels, beach passes are just some of the perks of staying here. The parking space in back was also great as anyone who visits Lake Geneva during a summer weekend will know parking can be hard to find. Wonderful weekend escape. I will be back!

A weekend get away!
What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was immaculate upon arrival, beds are comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurant hopping! The balcony offers great views of Lake Geneva and people watching is abundant! We enjoyed dinner downstairs at the winery, it's a very small, quaint restaurant and the food was delicious! Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful weekend get away here and would stay here again and again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and we look forward to future stays!

Fantastic Find
Beautiful condo (beach house, cottage feel) that is nicely decorated and well kept while providing a great location in downtown Lake Geneva. Nice size bedrooms, living area and kitchen - very functional and very clean! It was nice to have your own parking spot and to be walking distance to all the local activities and shops. Great little restaurant right below us that we really enjoyed their soup and salad. Even though you are right in the midst of everything it was pretty quiet overall. The restaurants nearby close at reasonable hours but if you go to bed early the bedrooms are quiet in the back. It has a nice view of the beach across the street as well as the lake. Rona does a great job communicating with you and responds very quickly to any questions you might have along the way. The price is good for all that you get with this little gem!! By the way, our friends who have been coming up here for over 38 years (they have a cottage) never knew about this place and were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and reasonably priced. They will be recommending this place to many of their friends in the future!

Enjoyable stay ruined by an angry and verbally abusive property manager
Let me start by saying that there are NO checkout instructions. The only information provided regarding checkout is that it is at 11 am and all lights and fans needed to be switched off. Before we left the beach house we removed all garbage, cleared all food from the fridge, any dirty dishes were placed in the dishwasher, dirty towels were placed in the bathtub, all lights and fans switched off and the place was left as we had found it. NOTHING had been broken or damaged. As we left the beach house at 11 am, we were greeted by the next guests waiting to get into our parking spot. I immediately found this odd as check-in is stated as 4pm. About an hour later I got a message from Rona (property manager) stating that we would not be getting our deposit back as "the apartment was left in a total mess. A lot more people were there than they said and they clearly had a party there". Let me get a few facts straight first: We rented this property for me, my mother and my two bridesmaids for the weekend of our wedding. The property states it sleeps 6 people, four people stayed there and there was NO party. We had our wedding reception at the Horticultural Hall and we all celebrated the day after at Champs Sports Bar and Grill (this can be confirmed with both venues). We spent the majority of our days at the beach across the street and the beach house was mainly occupied only at breakfast time and to sleep at night. Let me also point out that I PAID A CLEANING FEE for the property to be cleaned after checkout. I immediately called Rona who was extremely angry and verbally abusive on the phone. When asked if Rona could send us pictures of the "total mess" she refused. When asked if she could please explain the "total mess" she said that there was something spilled on the bottom of the fridge, there were crumbs on one of the bedsheets, the dishwasher had not been run and that all four beds had been slept in (we paid to use the ENTIRE property not to all sleep in one bed?!). I then questioned whether or not they change the bed sheets for new guests and Rona refused to answer. We then contacted the owner Jennifer who has also refused to respond to our voicemails and texts asking: What the cleaning fee covers? Why were new guests arriving immediately after us? Where did it state that no crumbs were allowed and that the dishwasher had to be run?

Best Location in Lake Geneva!
We enjoyed a delightful week staying at this condo in downtown Lake Geneva. What started out as a week of leisure became a wonderful family reunion for three sisters, two female cousins and a niece from Chicago, Boston, Seattle, NYC, St. Paul and St. Louis. The property is totally updated and features a fabulous balcony overlooking the lake and beach. It is easily accessble, stocked with all the necessities and some nice "extras" like six beach passes and beach chairs. We were surprised to find a bottle of wine and gift certificate to enjoy Barrique, the delightful restaurant/wine bar directly below the property. The BEST extra was having a free parking spot behind the building for our van. What a great convenience! There are many wonderful opportunities nearby, including wonderful lake cruises, a path around the entire lake (you can just do part of it), a lovely downtown park, a FABULOUS public library designed by a top student of Frank Lloyd Wright, and some great shops and restaurants. There's also a little Hot Dog stand right across the street with great Chicago-style dogs, coffee and FABULOUS hot donut "balls" each morning. It couldn't have been better! Check in was really easy and they were ready for us, with everything beautifully cleaned and stocked. We LOVED Barrique and actually dined there three times. We also cooked a bit and enjoyed wine and hors d'oeuvres on the beautiful balcony. We were never bothered by street or restaurant noise and got used to some early garbage pick-up's in the alley. The only (two) problems we had was some "trickiness" with the automatic door lock which was quickly resolved by the property manager. (prompt call back) As soon as we figured out how to work it, we were fine! The other last-day problem was that the food truck driver parked in the alley as we were leaving refused to move his truck, so my sister and her van were "blocked" and delayed for about 1/2 hour in the alley. (Simply an uncooperative trucker!) It was a great summer vacation and I highly recommend this property. Grab it before it goes! You couldn't find a better one-of-a kind location in Lake Geneva where you can created some wonderful memories. Thank you Rona!!

The apartment was clean and charming. We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very busy area of Lake Geneva but we considered that a plus. We had a problem with the air conditioner unit and the owners had it fixed within 24 hrs. Would definitely stay here again!

Rona offered hospitality right from the get go with considerate touches of fresh flowers, fruit and wine. The unit was clean and everything promised on the website. We had a great time boating and spending time on the beach. There is also great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for a great family getaway!! Great Girl's Getaway in Lake Geneva, WI
Five of us had a wonderful 3 night reunion in Lake Geneva and could not have asked for a better location or more comfortable accommodations! The property was fully equipped and beautifully decorated with high end furniture and beautiful art. We spent many enjoyable hours during the daytime, and evening too, on the beautiful deck overlooking the beach and marina area. Great people watching and a short walk to many delicious restaurants and fun shopping too. Everything was ready upon arrival, Rona made checking in very easy, she followed up with a welcome communication and made herself available to us, should we need her. This property had everything we could have possibly needed or wanted, it was a most enjoyable stay!

Location, location, location

Can't beat the view, perfect place
We are a family of 4 and this was our first time at the property and Lake Geneva, but hopefully not our last. The location is literally steps from the beach and close to everything. We jet-skid, rented a boat, zip lined etc, relaxed on the beach just in a few days due to location. It's connected to Barrique wine bar so we did go down there one night for dinner. Kids loved the bunk beds and all the board games. Thank you for your hospitality!
