"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. "Great 5 star hotel in a beautiful location. The restaurant is very very good, high class, but not cheap. At the front of the property you are 100 meters from a huge choice of Italian restaurants and a great lively atmosphere.. The only downside I would say was that after the initial allocation of 4 coffee pods in your room you then had to pay 2 euros per pod thereafter, very petty for a 5 star hotel."

"Beautiful hotel in the great location! Amazing lake view from the balcony! Good breakfast on the terrace . Silvia helped us with the parking and luggage which we really appreciated. "The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
