Welcome to Great Park Neighborhoods Community Association. This master homeowners’ association professionally manages the iconic Irvine neighborhoods of Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Novel Park, Parasol Park, Pavilion Park, and Rise Park. Ideally located inland off the 5 Freeway and Sand Canyon, Great Park Neighborhoods continues to take shape and develop around the Orange County Great Park.

Life will be here different here at Great Park Neighborhoods. This community offers numerous recreation and active pools, spas, and waders at our many different parks. Enjoy the great outdoors in your own neighborhood with the abundance of trails, perfect for a family hike, a walk with your furry friend or even a bike ride!
