8/10 Very good! (633 reviews)
"I know we booked a budget queen room but I did not realise that meant no hot water 😡 we were unable to shower. We have stayed multiple times and this is the first not good review. Mismatching coffee cups, no flannels .... just looked run down and shabby. Disappointed."

9/10 Wonderful! (73 reviews)

The property itself was comfortable and well equipped, although it is old (threadbare, stained carpets, torn curtains, dodgy flyscreens). ..."
