"As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer."

"The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I loved the omelette station. Everything was clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Only downfall was being told Starbucks inside would open at 6:30. Had an event to go to and ended up having to just go to Starbucks down the street. I don’t believe the hotel one opened until after 7."

"The property was old but didn't care about that since it was 1 night. I left car there. I was skeptical because I usually park in another facility. The pick up was fine. On the way back the driver turned around as we were going to my car or I thought. He turned around to pick up some people.. Twenty minutes later he passes Middlebelt where I stayed at the Wyndham. He takes everyone to Valet connections. I said this is where I get off. It was stated yes. I go in and lady was unfriendly asked for my ticket. I said I don't have a ticket I got picked up from Wyndham. She calls back and he said I said valet. Why would I say valet? I said the hotel. Very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I want a refund. Never again. "
