"Love the breakfast and the staff! The hot tub is great as well. Please always keep the hot water dispenser in the lobby - it's such a great touch when you are needing to work a late night."

"The restaurant was staffed by an immature server who definitely needed training. The shower water was barely warm or hot and the pressure was horrible. They make the hotel appear as if it is right on the beach and it's not. You have to walk down aways to go through a state park. There's a beach campground across the street. The coffee that looks like it's available in the lobby had no coffee. The only real positive thing I can say about the hotel is the valet staff. They were great but they charge 55 bucks for valet per day."

"I absolutely hated my time here. The staff was incredibly rude, the manager lady would keep asking when I am checking out every few hours when I saw her. At some point it was rude and intentional as if she’s asking me to get out. She also immediately clowned me in front of a male guest the minute I tried to check in. The property had so many noise issues. The elevator kept beeping. The road had down kind of issue so when cars drove if the freeway it’s so loud. I had to buy earplugs. The fire alarm battery is dying in the room so it would flash alll night. It said when I booked breakfast was included and when I got here it was not. I needed to leave the hotel, I could not stand being here. Also the thermostat temperature does not change the room temperature. There was also 4 cop cars on the property investigating something. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was horrible"

"There was a window air conditioner in the bedroom because the room air conditioner clearly wasn't working. This was not disclosed to us when we were given the keys to the room. Fortunately we spent very little time in the room, however the window air conditioner did not cool the room efficiently enough because when we left at check out the room was 80 degrees. The entire hotel is due for a facelift. It's looking rather run down and is showing it's age. We stayed here because it looked to have a nice pool in comparison to other area hotels, but in hindsight, I feel like we would have had a nicer stay elsewhere at a newer hotel for comparable price."

"Had 2 other occupants in room close to ours starting and running their diesel vehicles all hours of the night. Talked to management to be moved. Said I would have to check out in the morning and see if a room opened up later. We stuck it out. Stayed in a different hotel last week which was much nicer and quieter and also more reasonable."

"The weekend stay was lovely. I brought my mom here for a graduation party and to visit family for Mother's Day . It was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly from staff to guests. I didn’t realize it’s dog friendly hotel but you’d never guess. It was very clean and no pet smells. My room we had a double queen was ok. Very clean but why the bathroom was so small. Toilet was cramped by the sink & hard to flush. The shower was hard to get in to. Very high yet it had handicap bars. My 82 year old mom could no way get in safely. Kind of strange bathroom. I loved the lotions and soaps offered but strangely hooked to the walls. Had a tissue box but no tissue. The towels were super soft. I had issues with the tv I guess someone programmed it to Spanish and for a blind person. I just unplugged the streaming box snd rebooted it myself. Ok, now a bad experience that took place on Saturday night. The guests Nextdoor to my room were obviously drunk and loud as hell. Banging on the door to get in to their room on speaker phone and yelling. I called downstairs I guess after midnight to tell them someone was locked out. The young lady at the desk said she’d come up. Obviously not quickly. I heard a loud man ask them are you locked out. Between all the giggling and banging I guess the guy gave up on them. It was quiet for a bit 20-30 minutes and it started again. I heard someone open their room and yelled at them!"

"We didn't partake in the breakfast. Room had jacuzzi (good) standup balcony no great view, separate sitting area with tv, desk, small sink, fridge and microwave along with coffee maker "

"It would have been nice to know that the pool wasn’t working in 90 degree weather when booking the hotel. Room service menu is very limited. Room was clean and spacious and was ready when I checked in. AC was extremely loud and woke me up all night."
