4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Located Along the Lake Fork Near all the Trails.

Great family property located 2.2 miles south of Lake San Cristobal on County Road 30 on the way to Cinnamon Pass. This house sits along the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River with a huge deck that goes right down to the water. Listen to the river flow by as you sit on the deck or in the spacious living room. There is a large family kitchen with a dining table to seat 6 and 4 additional bar stools.

There are two bedrooms with new queen beds in each on the main floor as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs is a loft area for the kids and two more bedrooms with 2 twin beds in one and a full bed in the other along with a second bathroom.

There are also two properties on either side that are available to rent if you want to bring your friends and family...each are also 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with river access. Come up and make memories in this cabin today!

Amazing house

This house is great. It is located right off the main trail so you can ride out to the trail right from the house or even to town! ( If you are there when off road vehicles are allowed in town) We loved listening to the water right outside and the view from deck is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The host is very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Home away from home

This is not a condo, apartment, or trailer... it is a full blown home. You can come here and stay for several days and have all the amenities you would have at your own home. For us it was a home away from home… And we will gladly come again!

Perfect semi secluded location

We loved being able to sleep with the windows open, listening to the river flow at night. We were about 15 minutes from town and in a great location to start our OHV riding. Tannah was great to work with and so accommodating.

Lake City

We had such a great time on our trip to Lake City. The house was perfect and fits our needs exactly. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. The drive to the house was beautiful and we hiked right off a trail by the house. Perfect for our family group to relax and take our side be sides out on Alpine Loop!

Great Place to stay!

Great Place to stay on the river. We rented 2 houses side by side and it was absolutely perfect because the size of our group. Very relaxing and away from all the traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

Family OHV vacation 2021

Wonderful home with plenty of room for our group of 8 - and 4 OHVs. Lots of trails accessible from the house & close enough to town to eat.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time with our kids and grandchildren. The house was clean and fit all of us perfectly. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there and we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we wanted.

Beautiful cabin along the river

This cabin was perfect for our family of 10! There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded or cramped. The home was very well stocked in the kitchen and had a huge pantry for our food storage. The back porch was beautiful and provided privacy from the neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again!
