Quiet neighborhood, and exceptionally clean property! A quick drive to Caberfae! The gas fireplace was so cozy and warm. Would stay again.

Great family vacation

This was a wonderful property that had everything we needed for a great weekend. Our 2 year old had a blast playing in the water and there were plenty of toys. Lots to do in lake city and great neighborhood. Thanks again for letting us rent your lake house!

Perfect vacation!

This property is great. Everything you need is available on the property. No need to overpack with supplies. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great time fishing, swimming and paddle boarding. So nice to be right on the water.

Beautiful house and location

I would recommend this home 100%! Newly updated and clean. Was a little smaller than it looks in the pictures (great photography), but we made due! Awesome dock if you want to bring a boat. Garage has all games and beach chairs a such- a really nice addition. We had 4 adults and one child in the house and there were enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate!! Great communication from the owners and check in was a breeze. 10 outta 10!

Peaceful and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We had 6 people sharing the house and there was plenty of room. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a half bath (one bath downstairs does have a higher toilet). (The walk-in shower on the first floor is a bit small). It was convenient to have two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor for those of use with bad knees. We were in town for a celebration of life so it was nice for the three groups to share a house so we could spend time together and catch up. The weather was nice enough that we were able to use the deck and put the fire pit and heater several times. I had to do some cooking for the celebration and the kitchen was well stocked. Just a warning for anyone who is handicapped - there are a couple of steps going into the house but then there is a high step going into the kitchen and another going down into the living room. The three of use with bad knees did figure out the best way to navigate this step but a handle of some sort would have helped. We were here in the fall so the conditions were not right for us to go in the lake but then home is right on the water and there are plenty of water activities available. We would love to come back in the summer sometime.I did contact the owner with questions a couple of times and she responded right away with answers to my questions.

Lovely cabin on the lake. Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Kitchen has all the necessities. LOTS of clean towels provided. There are tons of games and books, the garage is filled with toys and games. Plenty of seating outside and in. Very family friendly for all ages. My family has been renting vacation homes for the better part of 20 years and this cabin is by far the cleanest cabin we've stayed in. The attention to detail is better than I've ever seen. The amenities provided are second to none. We cannot wait to go back.

The house was great, perfect for adults plus kids. We appreciated the little touches, like lots of games for the kids, a sandy beach area, and water toys. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and a small issue with the hot tub was taken care of right away.Lake City itself doesn't have a lot to offer except for the ice cream shop. And the part of the lake the house is on is very shallow and full of weeds. But the house itself was great.

Family short vacation

Eight of us in total stayed. Myself, my husband along with our 3 adult sons and their wives. We also had 2 dogs. The house had everything we needed, very well equiped. Anything you would need in a home away from home. We were able to leave our Deckboat out in front off the dock, so that was fantastic! The fishing in the lake was good, and the swimming lovely. Overall we had a great time our host was wonderful, answering my texts quickly, and answered all my questions. We would definitely stay again.
