Optimal Location to Downtown Lake Charles
Ideal location for any Downtown Celebration Event. Walking distance to everything, including a fantastic restaurant, 121 Artisan Bistro. Lots of charm with all the modern amenities such as WiFi, Large Screen TVs, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful House and Great Location
Loved the location of this property. Close to everything there is to do in Lake Charles and the perfect spot to enjoy Mardi Gras festivities. The space was clean and well stocked. Loved the little touches like the hand written card from Kym. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lake Charles.

Nice old apartment building
Very poor communication with property manager. This was my first vrbo and I wasn't sure how things were done. I ended up waiting in the driveway for 30 minutes not sure how to get into the building after my check in time. Now that I have stayed in a different vrbo with good communication. I see I should have heard from her long before I got to the property.

Absolutely Loved my stay!
The property was perfectly located and exactly as described. The owner was amazing to work with and her desire to make her guest happy was second to none. Really enjoyed everything about the apartment and my stay. Thank you and if I ever come back to visit I will be staying there again!
