The townhouse was spacious, comfortable and attractive and I was pleased that one of the bedrooms was on the ground floor, which was not described in the listing, but is very important to folks with less mobility. I was put off by the threatening and accusatory tone of communications with the property mgt: No Guests who are not pre-listed on the rental agreement! Don't touch the Ring cameras, we are watching and will assess penalties! Extremely tight parking for 2 cars only. Very spare supplies like toilet paper, cooking utensils. No dishwashing or hand soap in the kitchen, making you seriously wonder about the cleanliness of the few dishes/utensils that were there. No additional garbage bags. Extremely tall bathtub/shower combo with no grab bars for safety getting in and out. You must submit copies of your drivers license (front and back) and a selfie to the mgt company before they will release the entrance code.The location was very convenient to the retirement home where our family was celebrating 90th birthdays and 70th anniversary for my in-laws, but I would not have rented it had I known how restrictive the policies would be. I understand the desire to protect a rental properety, but I would never mistreat a rental and being treated so negatively for no reason was very distasteful. I feel other renters should know the circumstances before they lay down their money.
