"Check-in was a little confusing. I was given no instruction on where to go to get to the elevators to my room. I asked and the front desk clerk gave me really vague instructions. I got to my room on the 13th floor and there was still a faint smell of smoke from the casino downstairs. I ordered room service. When it came I was missing the drink I had ordered and my receipt showed a charge for an additional $10 item I did not order. The additional item was not included either. The associate that brought the food commented that she had forgotten the drink and would go grab it, but it could take up to 10 minutes before she returned. The food was terrible. After about 30 minutes she showed back up with my drink and I asked her about the receipt and extra item. She assured me they would have it removed and the total billed to the room updated. Next day when I checked out, the charge for my room service order still didn’t seem right. Turns out the $10 item was removed, but the gratuity and service fee were charged on the full amount that included the removed item. The front desk manager was very unhelpful and not able to adjust the charge. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth with them I just gave up. Bottom line, food was terrible, atmosphere was okay at best, service was seriously lacking, overcharged me (essentially stole from me) with no remorse."

"Ich hab mit meinem Kollegen hier gut 2 Wochen gewohnt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.Alles war super, großes sauberes und hervorragend ausgestattes Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Super auch der HotTube, den wir nach anstrengenden Arbeitstagen gerne genutzt haben. Nicht zu vergessen der Grill und die Feuerschale.Sehr ruhig gelegen ohne jeglichen Durchgangsverkehr.Tate und Tiffany waren immer zu erreichen.Die Klimaanlage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für Europäer, da es hier überall warm oder kalt wurde. Eine Regelung für jedes Zimmer scheint es nicht zu geben.Die beiden Stühle auf der Hausterrasse waren etwas unbequem und zu hoch.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.Alles Gute euch beiden."

"Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the "
