"The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast bar was amazing. Walking distance to the Allstate Arena and lots of restaurants was so convenient. Will definitely be staying at this location again when in town for concerts!"

"They are very friendly and the rooms look very new & updated. Super clean! Bed was really comfortable & I have fibromyalgia so that says a lot! The restaurant food looked good on paper but they’re charging 5 star prices so I didn’t try anything there. $21 for avocado toast & $15 for oatmeal is pretty extreme! There are a lot of really good places to eat around the hotel. Stan’s donuts is Mmmm chef’s kiss! Parking at the hotel was a bit of a sticker shock at $30 a night! Wow! Other than that… the planes going over all day & night is a bit of a nuisance. Make sure you play some white noise or something through the Bluetooth! "

"Well when I arrived it was a nice atmosphere and the front desk was friendly. I had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room we unpacked the beds were clean and the room seems to be in order even though it was alittle bit outdated. Turn down service didn't really happen. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels our second day. The beds left alot to be desired. The tvs were old. The bathroom needs a fan so that there is airflow because they had mold problems. The pillows were surprisingly comfy. The beds were the wrong size. They gave us a room with two full beds not two queens. "

"Location is good, rooms are old and small. Not much options in breakfast too, swimming pool are not in a good condition. Ok if you want to spent a quick night but not worth it to go with a family."

"Pool area was very nice. The hot tub was hot and the pool wasn't freezing. The pool room itself was warm. Perfect for these winter days. Very good area close to restaurants and only a few minutes from the mall. Good breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again."
