Escape to The Breezy Pines, a stylish Pocono cabin designed for sunny lake days, fresh mountain air, and relaxing nights by the fire. Nestled in the peaceful woods of The Hideout, it’s the perfect summer getaway for families and groups looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened porch, spend your days swimming at the pools or private beaches, hiking scenic trails, golfing, or exploring everything the community has to offer. In the evening, gather around the fire pit under the string lights, grill dinner on the deck, or enjoy a cozy movie night after a day outdoors.

With space for up to 9 guests, a fully equipped home, and access to resort-style amenities, The Breezy Pines offers the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and adventure.

Community Amenities (Included with Your Stay)

As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to The Hideout’s private resort-style amenities, including:

• 2 heated seasonal pools and 2 private lake beaches
• 9-hole golf course (small fee)
• Indoor/outdoor pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts
• Playgrounds, shuffleboard, and ball fields
• Recreation center, fitness center (small fee), and clubhouse
• Restaurant, tiki bar, and seasonal snack bars
• Walking trails and more

Many amenities are just minutes away, and several are within walking distance.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home (except locked owner closets) and all Hideout community amenities. Parking passes are provided for your stay.

Interaction with Guests

Our local co-host is available if you need anything during your stay while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy your vacation.

Community Guidelines

• Located in the secure, gated community of The Hideout
• Guest registration (names and ages) must be completed within 72 hours of booking
• Late submissions may result in a $100 community fee
• Community rules must be followed throughout your stay

Occupancy & Parking

• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway
• No street parking or additional visitors permitted

Good to Know

• Home décor and games may vary slightly from photos
• Wildlife is common, including deer, wild turkeys, and occasionally bears
• Please do not leave food or garbage outdoors
