The heart of our home is the inviting open floor plan, where you'll find the living room, complete with air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months and a fireplace to provide a warm and cozy atmosphere during the winter. For entertainment, we have a smart TV, perfect for movie nights and streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen boasts seating for eight, making it an ideal space for enjoying delicious meals together and creating lasting memories.

As for accommodations, you'll discover four well-appointed bedrooms, two of which feature king-size beds and the other two with queen-size memory foam mattresses, all complemented by comfortable pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit for personalized climate control, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For those chilly winter evenings, our heating is provided by baseboards, keeping you snug and warm throughout your stay.

When it comes to recreation, our basement is a true haven for fun and relaxation. It features a wood stove for added warmth, a smart TV for entertainment, and ample comfy seating to unwind in. There's also a hoops game, foosball, air hockey table, and two arcade machines to keep everyone entertained. Additionally, you'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and enjoy a stress-free vacation.

Step outside into our outdoor paradise, where you can soak away your cares in the hot tub or gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry night sky. The deck comes complete with a propane grill, perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining. Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.


Any last-minute bookings within 3 days of check in will be subject to a $100 late fee imposed by the community.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
