" A Perfect Getaway for Families and Friends! We had the most incredible stay at the Lake Anna Waterfront Retreat! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, spacious layout, and amenities. There is a private beach, a fire pit and a view of the lake that was absolutely breathtaking.The house itself is beautifully maintained and comfortably sleeps a large group without feeling crowded. Every room was cozy and the common areas were spacious. The kitchen was none that I have seen before and was stocked with the cookware, that made it easy to cook for a large crowd.What really sets this place apart is how family-friendly it is. There were games, outdoor activities, and plenty of space for everyone. Whether you're lounging by the water, kayaking, grilling out, or just relaxing indoors, this place offers something for everyone.We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. "We had a great stay on Lake Anna! The house was exactly as pictured and fit our larger group of family and best friends comfortably. My 7 year old daughter was able to fish and kayak for the first time ever with her papa. So some special memories were made. The kitchen was well stocked… just make sure you bring your own spices/salt/pepper! Everything was clean and tidy! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Location was absolutely perfect. Loved the dock area and all the water toys that were available for use. House was well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We all agreed that the only downfall of the property was how dated it was. The pictures online were a little misleading at the size of the rooms and the "finished quality" of all the rooms. I would have liked to see the home a little more clean as well...cob webs very visible and peeling paint with mold on the living room ceiling. May have a water issue, the whole house smelled damp and musty. Dryer didn't work and kitchen faucet drips nonstop. Just minor details though, we absolutely enjoyed our trip to Lake Anna and would come back again. Best vacation ever, so very relaxing, we didn't want to go home. "
