The owners of Shutters have created this family home to be enjoyed both during summer & winter. They have created amazing memories here and hope you also get to create your own in this amazing holiday home in Lahinch. 

Lots of steps in this property. 

As you walk in, there is a hallway, and 3 bedrooms on this level, to the right, and the master suite is 4 steps down from this level. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor.  This property has a big wooden deck with table and chairs. 

There is a piano in this property, but it's not working - it's for decoration only.

Bedroom 2: Twin Room Ensuite – Two single beds (ground floor)

Bedroom 4: Twin Room – 2 Single Beds (ground floor)
1 family bathroom on the ground floor.

There are late check out and early check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure.

Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies.

All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons.

If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES:

Internet access is provided free of charge where available, we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access or TV channels due to internet/ TV service providers or any other third party. In this event of lack of TV Service or internet due to the service provider compensation cannot be given as this is a FREE service, please bear this in mind when making your booking.

Children and babies are welcome in all our properties. But please be aware that none of our properties are child proof. We do not offer stair gates, cupboard locks and latches, corner protectors, spark guards or fireguards.

There is no substitute for adult supervision of a small child. Watch your child at all times as children do not understand danger. Remember that young children are not capable of being responsible for their own safety.

We do not provide toiletries. It’s an ecological decision we have made as a company. Please bring your own. 980.8 tonnes of plastic waste is produced by travel miniatures every year – equivalent to two-and-a-half Boeing 747s.

Pet Friendly homes – Some of our houses and apartments are pet friendly. Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas.

If we feel that the homes needs additional cleaning after a stay with a pet or for any other reason (party, extreme messiness etc) , there may be a sur-charge after check out. This will be charge per hour rate if extra professional cleaning is needed.
