"The resort is well staffed. The staff members are kind and helpful. The drinks and food keeps coming. The multiple pools and lounge area forever changes the atmosphere throughout each day. The only thing missing is a gym. I love working out. However, I found a gym down the road. "

"The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. "

"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The nightly dance shows are stupendous! We couldn't catch all the comedy dialogue in Spanish, but it was fun anyway, and the dancers and splendid costumes were amazing. "
