A Month of Relaxation
We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Woods. The apartment was roomy, nicely decorated, close to all things like shopping, parks, beach, restaurants, etc.

We had a very nice time. Home has very comfortable furniture and everything is provided for your stay. I would highly recommend renting this home. Owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Enjoy your stay.

It was a very clean condo in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay there we liked walking to the exercise room it was about half mile away so we got good exercise walking there and back it was a great area so we felt totally safe walking down the sidewalk The mailboxes are convenient The only thing I have to say that is not good is the electric bill . The tenant has to pay their own electric and it is very high, we used the heat a little for about a week and the rest of the time it was totally off and the bill was still about $250 for the month We had a real good time in Laguna Woods and would like to go back there again The owner was very nice and easy to contact, he answered my emails right away Very good communication

Great Place to stay
Russ was excellent to deal with through the whole process. His place was well stocked with everything we needed, from the coffee to the plastic bags to a sippy cup when our granddaughter visited. Location was also great, not far from the laundry, clubhouse, gym and pool. He is updating some items which will only make it even better

This unit is very nice and comfortable. It is well equipped and very clean. The only down side is that the laundry is a bit far away.

Perfect home away from home
Worked very well for me and my dog. Very quiet and private still neighbors are friendly. Wanted to live there to see if I could live there full time and yes I'll be moving soon .
