"The rooms are very dated. Beds are not all that comfortable. We had to open and lock the room from the inside with a key that was difficult to use. It took both me and my daughter trying the key before we could get the door opened. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking as if they were in the room with us!"

No wifi.
Language was a barrier when checking in. Not sure if woman was a host or resident assisting owner. There was no help in answering my questions during my stay.
Outside of property was unkept, trash littered at entrance. Entry door to property was next to a restaurant/ bar that was closed.
Reception was up a flight of stairs.

The room was large and comfortable, just had to be careful of the sloped ceiling since it was on the topmost floor just under the roof. "The hotel is a good 20 min walk to the Cathedral. The hotel looks new and modern. Bed was firm and comfortable. Like other hotels in Spain and most of Europe, there is only heating but no cooling mechanisms. I had to open the windows to let the cool air in then close it once it’s cooled down. The breakfast buffet was good variety with healthy options. Front desk staff was a bit cold when I checked in."
