"Food was great, when I got here on Saturday the balcony table had all this rubbish on it today is Tuesday and it's still there. On Sunday at 4pm I said there was no toilet paper at 10pm I had to enter the bar in my pjs and ask for toilet paper. On Monday night I reported at 6pm that there was a water leak in the toilet and it was leaking all over the floor of both toilets and instead of cleaning it up just a sign was put there, slippery when wet. I approached a young lady staff member with brown hair 2 hours after I reported it and I said what if I slip over in the night and she laughed at me. I wasn't impressed by that. Not happy at all, it seams that we that stay in the rooms are not considered as patrons won't be back"
