This villa is outfitted with one bedroom, one shower, a plush sleeper sofa, gourmet kitchen, entertainment center, on-site laundry facilities, and enclosed garage parking.

    The fantastic location of Sleepy Hollow allows you to reach not only the beach in moments, but also our beautiful common area with a grill and communal seating. The proximity to the beach doesn't mean that you'll be far from the city though, reach all of the best Laguna destinations on foot or with a short drive and become a regular at all of our favorite local restaurants!     Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.

    If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

BEAUTIFUL views of the water

My girlfriend, our two small dogs and I recently stayed at Sleepy Hollow in Laguna Beach and it was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our weekend getaway. BEAUTIFUL views of the water and the perfect size to soak it all in. Crystal cove, multiple art galleries, and quaint eateries were all very walkable and we really got to soak up the art vibe. We took a quick walk outside and down the stairs and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Being born and raised in California I have visited many beaches but this one is definitely one of my favorites - very clean, not crowded at all, and a perfect place to swim. We will definitely visit again. A+++++

Perfect for a peaceful getaway

The Sleepy Hollow townhouse was perfect for a peaceful getaway in the great town of Laguna Beach! The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful with only a few minute walk to the beach. It was an easy walk into town with great shops and restaurants. I like to try new places, but I would definitely book again as the location is ideal! I am looking forward to coming back soon!

Great location. Nice view and good value. Loved walking to the beach, the restaurants! Only issue we had was the parking spot assigned to our unit had a pretty steep lip which caused damage to the bottom of our sedan. If we had an SUV it likely would have been okay. Team at Everyday Luxury did offer a different spot which was great, but it was after the damage occured.
