Perfect Laguna Beach Vacation-ocean views/beach across street/town 1 block
- The Ramona House, sleeps 8, is a true modern gem across the street from the beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms sport kings size beds, plus upstairs family room with fireplace (3rd bedroom with queen sofa bed),with 2.5 bathrooms, new kitchen with great living space Family room with fireplace with deck and ocean view with large flat screen TV. Queen sofa bed in living room with powder room adjacent.
Central air-conditioning and heating.
The house is 1,400 Sq. Ft with additional 600 Sq. Ft of outdoor deck/patio living space, including two connected upstairs ocean views off a main living area and master bedroom. Premium built in 2004, the house is soundproof and has wonderful sliding glass doors throughout. TV is all the rooms and wireless internet included. Parking for up to two cars on the property makes this a truly special house, as parking in Laguna can be a challenge.
