Renting the Laguna beach weather

House was a perfect location for our stay. Loved that it was private, active and everything we needed for RNR. Our only set back was that the weather was a lot warmer then usual so the house AC could not keep up to keep the house cool in the upstairs bedroom and main living room. They need new beds as the ones we were in are very hard and you kind of fall into the old shape of the beds. We even bought fans to help Circulate the air in the house on the warmer days. No fault of the owners due to weather but it was tolerable once we got fans for the house. Which we did leave in the house for the next guest. Ha ha!!! All in all the house was very cozy and comfortable linens galore kitchen utensils and cooking where was easily available and accessible food delivery was accessible and just the sake of sense and security the community is safe and the neighbors were very welcoming.

Heaven on Earth

Emerald Bay is a very special place and the home is perfect for a relaxing and fun vacation. very close to the beach and Laguna Village , Balboa Island and Newport Beach. Love it there !

Great Holiday Stay in Emerald Bay

Our family spent a month at this beach house and had a fantastic time. The community, it's location and amenities are outstanding. The neighbors are extremely friendly. The management company (especially Vicki) is both responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable. I hope we have the opportunity to return!

35 Emerald Bay is a wonderful home ! Great location and the community is quite unique and fun!

We have rented several homes in Emerald Bay before and this one exceeded our expectations which were high. It offers everything you would want in a high-end beach vacation rental. Emerald Bay is a very special community offering a fantastic private beach, community pool, tennis courts and green park . It is also very dog-friendly and people friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay !

Words cannot describe how great this place is!

Not only was the house amazing but the community amenities were out of this world. We are a young family with three little kids and decided to go on an adventure to this paradise to escape the cold winter where we live. The management team was also incredible to work with and everything was better than expected. Looking forward to doing this again next year!

Amazing Location! Lovely House!

We just spent a week at this lovely home in Emerald Bay. It was everything that I was hoping it would be. We were a family of 8. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very well stocked. The furnishings and finishes in the home were first rate. Not what you would expect for a rental. We were within steps of the beach. The hill is quite steep though. We would rent a golf cart next time. We felt very welcome at all of the facilities. We went to the park and the pool daily. All in all a wonderful experience we hope to repeat.
