"Our stay was mostly amazing, and overall we had a great experience at the resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made our trip enjoyable. We did have one minor incident involving a worker named Juliana. We needed bath towels and asked for assistance, but she informed us that they should already be in the room and didn’t seem very willing to help. Of course, we wouldn’t have asked if the towels had been there. Thankfully, Dinyda was willing to assist us, and we really appreciated her willingness to help. A special shoutout to Latoya, the bartender, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and really added to our experience. Johanely at the front desk was also wonderful, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the front desk staff were great as well and made us feel welcomed. Despite the minor challenges, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would absolutely recommend this resort to others!"

"We had an amazingly beautiful 😍ocean view, and a nice big pool. The apartment was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. Just a small note, there was a kitchen but no stove only a cook top, which was fine. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The beach is absolutely stunning it’s a 2 min walk from there. Umbrellas are 10$ and 7$ for a chair. There is also a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to explore the island, and the rest of their amazing beaches, then you will need to rent a car. The real positive thing about staying on the west side of the island is that you have the 3 of the most beautiful beaches closer by. The best one by far is Grote Knip beach which is an 8 min by car from Playa lagoon. There is a cliff you can climb and jump off from into the water. Bring beach shoes if you are not comfortable walking around on small pebbles or rocks. When you get into the ocean it’s all sand and super clear. Snorkeling gear is a must if you can bring, or you can always go downstairs from the hotel and just rent everything for as long as you need them. It was very convenient to have a dive shop on the premises. The city is about a 45 min drive, but so worth it if you want to experience some music, history, architecture, restaurants, shopping etc.. The closest grocery store is a 25 min drive. A special thank-you to Yuri that made our stay exceptional 🙏. And to Sunny for the car rental. Highly recommend this stay! 😃😃😃"
