We don't have AC, but the apartment maintains a naturally pleasant climate year-round thanks to windows facing both north and south. Cross-ventilation keeps the space cool in summer, and the southern sun warms the apartment in winter. A fan and portable heaters are provided for additional comfort.


The Living Room

Sliding doors connect the living room to the sunny terrace, creating an open indoor-outdoor flow.
