Stayed in room 272, the location is excellent, the room was spacious and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showering. It was nice to have a mini fridge, however we paid $9.97 for a litre of bottled water from the convenience store up the street which is extremely expensive, and later ordered water and snacks from DoorDash for a fraction of the cost. Also a server told us about a local transportation App called “Loyal T” which saved some money, an Uber was $50 to Niagara on the Lake and Loyal T was $32, overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Niagara Falls.

The room was well-equipped comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There was no traffic noise at night. I enjoyed making fresh coffee in the pantry in the morning. I will definitely recommend the Kent hotel to my friends.

"We had a nice time at Lagoon City, an older neighborhood where every place is on a canal (lagoon). Easy walk to a nice beach and the neighborhood was very quiet, so we could hear all of the birds in the morning. Also an easy drive to Mariposa, the festival we were going to in Orillia.
