"Check I. Was so smooth , staff very friendly and customer service lady Giselle was so courteous and kind . I initially had an issue with where my room was located in relation to amenities , however on explaining this , Giselle called me and offered to relocate us to a different room however we had unpacked from a long travel night/day . The following day we returned to the room to find a complimentary bottle of wine and an apology note . What a nice touch. Thank you so much Would definitely visit again. Great spot. "

"Clean facilities, beautiful & peaceful location "

"Staff was attentive when needed. Very calm and relaxing. If your are looking for a slower pace, relaxation and good food, this is a nice place. Food is fairly expensive compared to the local town a 10 minute walk. A variety of restaurants are available and multiple tourist shops. Parking is horrible, so use service from the airport and the hotel has rental cars if needed, also a Tuk Tuk that transports to Carvoeiro if choosing not to walk the 10 minutes. Great stay. "

"Un très bel endroit, le domaine est propre à l’extérieur . Les chambres sont propres avec service de nettoyage à tous les jours. Beaucoup espace de stationnement. Endroit super tranquille, un peu excentré de la ville. Il faut idéalement une auto ou bien Uber. Les seuls bémols pour nous est la cafetière filtre ancienne et la douche avec une pression assez faible dans un bain assez étroit. Ma note global est de 9 sur 10."

"Breakfast daily was amazing. Huge variety of options and always a great start to the day. Location was perfect for us. It sits on a hiking trail with a beautiful beach (Albandeira). It’s small but private. Some days the water was rough but others it was fine to swim. Rooms were clean, small but had everything we needed. Our only wish is that staff were a little friendlier. Maybe I’m just used to friendly Canadian culture and this was noticeably different."

"The units are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is set up perfect with all the dinnerware, pots, pans and appliances that you would require. We even had a juicer and we had the most delicious orange juice. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!"
