Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

This was our first time at Hotel Normandy. It is a very cute property, and service was excellent. We had the Executive room, which was well appointed and spacious. The room was clean, but they are doing some renovations, so hard to keep the public areas clean. We would definitely stay here again.
