"Walls were thinn you could hear everything in the next room I've had to turn on AC by by pushing on the button on the AC. The ac control does not work. Complementing breakfast what's good"

"Breakfast was good and convenient. Room was cooled nicely. Hard to hear the TV when the fan is running. Not horrible as it also keeps me from hearing other TVs."

"I had a very concerning experience at this hotel that has still not been addressed. While walking on the pool deck, I stepped on a piece of glass and was cut. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. Initially, no one stepped in to help. It was only after it was clear that I was bleeding that someone acknowledged the situation. I was told a manager or someone from the team would come speak with me. I waited for approximately three hours, and no one ever came. The next day at checkout, I reported the incident again. I was assured that someone would follow up with me the following day. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any call, message, or acknowledgment. This is not just about the injury itself, but the lack of urgency, care, and follow-through. A safety issue like glass on a pool deck should never happen, and when it does, it should be handled immediately and professionally. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves both safety and guest response moving forward"

"Disappointing. Check-in for one of 2 rooms, not directly side-by-side as requested, was delayed due to housekeeping not indicating it was ready. Dust on shelving, hair on floor and desk lamp didn't work. Coffee pot missing pod tray, 2 countertops not cleaned, and missing Do Not Disturb tag. Only 1 hanger and no iron provided. Otherwise was fine."
