I love the breakfast is everything to waffles to eggs. I would have my family and friends stay there. You are near every store for food and shopping.

For the most part everything was good. Staff was more than courteous, was always available and was helpful with the things we needed. The only thing negative about our stay in the two bedroom was suite was that it was not cleaned properly. The toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush, there was a bag of trash left in the bathroom, there were fruit loops scattered around, there was a spilled liquid substance on the window sill and one of the comforters had stains on it.We informed them of the conditions and most were taken care of but they were fully booked and there was not a cleaning person on site. Everything else about our stay was good but the room condition was a bit of a bummer for us.

We travel to Lafayette often for baseball but this weekend we stayed just me & my husband for a quiet weekend and picked this hotel for literally the smart tv’s they put in the rooms. Well the first room we get the remote won’t even work, waited 20 minutes for the front desk lady to come “fix it” never came up. So we went down & just requested another room, she allowed us to move rooms. The next room was a suite so there was two tvs, the one in the bedroom kept saying it wouldn’t connect to the internet, she comes to try & fix it, doesn’t fix it. Says it will be fixed by the morning, it wasn’t. Thankfully the one in the living room area worked, just really inconvenient & too expensive to not have tv’s that work. We will stay again because we like the property & stores/restaurants around.

This was nice overall, but the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no hot breakfast, just grab & go items. It was nice to have a kitchenette though with a spacious room. The area was also safe and walkable to a couple of restaurants.

Lazy on Housekeeping
Had a hard time getting housekeeping to my room. How's keeping finally went on the 5th day. Would not bring us clean towels...we had to go downstairs and EXCHANGE the dirty ones for clean ones.

The staff was always very courteous and kind but there were no towels when we asked for them several times to go swimming. There were loud children above our room that kept us all up on one night despite reporting it. It sounded like they were jumping off of the furniture. Our shower curtain was moldy and in our bathroom there were dark handprints all over. All together I could’ve stayed home and been happier. I came for an end of summer getaway with my kids. I won’t return to a Marriott property.

I liked that it was pet friendly. I didn't like the lady at the front desk, she was not very friendly and I had to come to her to retrieve my driver's license. I didn't like that the rooms weren't cleaned daily and wished there were better options for breakfast.

Het hotel op zich zelf was uitstekend en de kamer was goed alleen het ontbijt was iedere dag hetzelfde zonder wisseling van iets en om housekeeping te krijgen moest je dit een dag van te voren aanvragen en dan werd het bed en handdoeken pas verschoont, je kon wel schone handdoeken krijgen als je dit bij de receptie vroeg. voor de rest was het een goed hotel met alle voorzieningen aanwezig.

I booked one night here through Hotels.com. The hotel charged me for a second night even though I did not stay there. We were actually in another hotel in Texas. When I contacted the credit card used they said the hotel insisted I was there two nights.

The room was dirty. No shampoo in the bathroom, trash in the trash can, trash all under the bed, and the sheets had multiple different stains on them.
