Free to walk around the neighborhood and can either park in our 2 car garage or in any of the available spots surrounding the unit.
If smoke is detected there is a $250 non negotiable no smoking fee
If pet is detected and not in the guest count it's a $200 fee
Late checkout not mutually agreed to in the app inbox is a $149 fee
