We are extremely disappointed that the service you received fell below both your expectations and our standards. This is not typical of our hotel and staff - your loyalty means a great deal to us and our team in no way intended to dismiss or diminish your concerns. All of your comments will be dealt with at a management level and relayed back to the hotel team.
