Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The company wouldn’t honor my reservation, made and paid for months in advance. They never cancelled, I checked in the day before, and was told my reservation was on. Then, the day of, the said they double booked, or made a mistake, and tried to sell me a different place for extra money. I had to book another room last minute. This company is disreputable. I would not rent a room from them. They contacted me to see if I’d made other arrangements, a day after my check in. They stink!!!!!
