"This is a decent hotel for the price. The heat was not working in our assigned room however, the office person was quick to assign us a new room. The blow dryer did not work in the new room and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. But other than that, the room was adequate, the hot tub was nice, and beds were decent. I'd stay here again."

"Most everything was fine. Just a dated property but ok. The morning of 3/5 when I checked out I asked for a printed receipt, and the lady at the desk said she couldn’t and I asked why sand she said well it will take me about ten minutes to log into the computer system. I was like well that’s pretty inconvenient (I prefer paper receipts for historical tracking in a file to easily refer back to) and then she said well I can just email it. I said that fine and then she never emailed my my receipt after all! Another reason why I always get a printed back up. Terrible way to carry herself"

"Love this property!! Interesting, helpful, knowledgeable staff, great service and great food and drinks. The art is beyond fun and amazing. I love the stories about the people who lived here at one time. The soaking pool is a real treat!!!"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately evidently the hot tub is not working. It was the main reason I spent a little extra and drove a little farther than Woodburn. I guess next time I will need to call and check hotels that have hot tubs to make sure they are working. Other than that that the hotel was very nice"

"The room was clean. But heat/air conditioner had a clicking sound and the fan was very loud. The shower/tub had either rust or mold near the faucet area. Everything there is very worn and beat up. But the price was right and you get what you pay for. "
