Everything was great except on...

Everything was great except one small thing with pricing. We have booked a stay for two weeks and there was nowhere mentioned that "per stay" fees are actually "per week". Traveller tips: Great place for sport climbing. You can go on foot from home to oberried kletterngarten.

Average

The accommodation was fine, there is a lot of hiking trails and tourist attractions in the valley. Be careful if you are tall, there is indeed a low door hight in the house, there is also a low ceiling height in bathrooms. Traveller tips: there are no hygiene and cleaning preparations provided, so take your toilet paper, soap, detergent, sponge, garbage bags, etc. Then, the departure time is at 9:00 (not 10:00) and the house cleaning is carefully inspected by the owners - reserve enough time.

Naja

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, Haus praktisch und alles funktionierte. Doch die Bilder stimmen nicht ganz, den kleinen Rasen durften wir nicht nutzen. Am Ende ruinierte die Haltung des Gastgebers alles: Bei der Kontrolle hieß es sofort, dies und das sei noch schmutzig – „eine Katastrophe, so etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen!“ – wegen etwas Staub, Krümeln und normalen Küchenspuren. Sie hielten einen Teil der Kaution zurück. Enttäuschend.

Sehr nette Vermieter, viel Platz

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit zu sechst im Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten die ganze Zeit angenehme Gesprächspartner. Wir (6köpfige Familie) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll.

Ubytovanie príjemné. Na poschodí chýbala kúpeľňa. Iba na jednej izbe bol sprchovací kút aj s umývadlom. V pecu sme nemohli kúriť, museli sme zavolať domácich. Ale nebolo treba, tepla bolo dosť. V kuchyni chýbala varech, dienko, naberacka, poháre sa zle dávali do umývačky.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr viel Platz (wir waren dort zu siebt, es hätten aber auch noch mehr Personen genügend Platz gehabt), sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gesprächsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig, man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern oder radfahren. Klettern, Schwimmen, Minigolf, Einkaufen, alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Wander- und Radbushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Alle Teilnehmer waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Etwas einfach gehalten, aber alles da was man braucht. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zugewandt!

Let op: geen bezoek toegestaan

De accommodatie was netjes en schoon, op de vele vliegen na. Zoals aangegeven zijn de plafonds en deuropeningen laag, soms ca. 170 cm. De tuin op de foto werd door de verhuurder gebruikt, en de barbecue hebben we niet gezien. Helaas was onze vakantie niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden omdat de verhuurder ons bezoek (kinderen en kleinkinderen) de deur uit wees. Ook na bemiddeling door Interchalet hield verhuurder vol dat dit niet mocht. Er was geen enkele aanleiding. Zeer teleurstellend!

Prima vakantieverblijf

Haus Helena is een prima vakantieverblijf voor een gezin of grotere groep. Van alle gemakken voorzien en genoeg ruimte om te slapen en leven. De verhuurders zijn aardig en altijd in voor een praatje, maar niet opdringerig. De omgeving is schitterend en de voornaamste voorzieningen (supermarkt, tankstation, pinautomaat) zijn binnen 3 kilometer te vinden.
