"Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it. "

"Nice clean room with a great view of the Alps. Suboptimal Spa area with nonfunctioning wet sauna. Outside pool is considered natural but is more like a pond. Inside pool is very nice. Breakfast consistently good with no wait. No work out center. "

"The location was very nice, also the hotel itself was cute and clean! The only problem I had with it was the fact that the rooms were so hot and the bed was rock hard, also the pillow was awful as well! It was very hard to get rest because of these factors, I will not recommend anyone staying there if you want to get good rest! If you prefer a harder bed this hotel is for you!"

"Stayed two nights. Great location near supermarket. Staff were helpful and let us store luggage at a nearby sister hotel. Didn’t need to pay the large deposit. Room was gorgeous with a balcony and decent pots, pans etc. Not everything was in mint condition but that’s to be expected. Would stay there again"

"The pool was a really good size and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing location in the square and easy walk from train station. Room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Room was really big but dated. The half board food was OK, drink prices very reasonable. "
