It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen and 2x twins) w/ a TV & dresser in each room. There is a formal dining w/ a separate breakfast nook overlooking the gorgeous, clean and spacious pool. There is a covered area with a dining table and lounge chairs overlooking the pool. This home is perfect for your family getaway and convenient to everything!

The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.
Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding two locked closets (one in the master and one near the front door). There is still a walk-in guest closet in the master for your use. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.
The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart for an additional fee. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. It is truly a fun part of the experience.

POOL DETAILS:
- This pool does NOT HAVE HEAT. When it was installed, it was done so without heat. Therefore, this is no pool heat panel or charge, because it is truly not an option. There is no lifeguard on duty and therefore guests are expected to sign a liability waiver and be mindful of their limits and exposure.
- This pool is serviced weekly on Wednesday's. Guests can expect to possibly see a pool person enter the pool area on this day of the week.

POLICIES:
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included max 6x guests.)
Must be 30+ years old to book. This home is NOT for parties. If you expect to have a greater number of guests over than the approved amount, please submit your requests in writing for approval.
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: Pets ARE allowed, with approval. Please send a message prior to booking to confirm your pet's stay.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart: No golf cart available. Please be sure to make arrangements ahead of time for a rental for your arrival.
