"From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this is a truly exceptional hotel. Set in a stunning location overlooking the Temple of Poseidon, the views are breathtaking and create the perfect setting for a luxurious stay.
The service is outstanding from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff, while the chauffeur service took care of our car and luggage. Check-in was effortless, with a refreshing cold towel, welcome drink and treats making it a relaxing experience. We were then escorted by buggy to our suite, which was modern, beautifully designed, impeccably clean and finished to an exceptionally high standard.
The staff throughout the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine, and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants are beautiful, with several excellent dining options, and the food was consistently of a very high standard.
The pool area is lovely and provides a great place to relax, although a few extra sunbeds would be welcome. Pool service is good, but it would be even better if guests could order drinks and food directly through the hotel’s app instead of waiting for staff to come round.
Food and drink prices are what you would expect from a luxury five-star hotel—certainly not cheap, but in keeping with the quality on offer. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that delivers everything you would expect from a true five-star experience. I would happily return and highly recommend it."
