It was a great place to stay. I liked how close it was to the beach. However, there wasn't enough shower supply in the bathroom, and there weren't many options to choose from at the breakfast buffet.

Location is good as near airport. Restaurant is excellent! Hotel needs some renovation and pool was not open due to problems. As it was the end of the season they will surely repair for spring time.

Wonderful resort 30 min from Rome airport (FCO). Was last stop on a 2 week tour before flying out and it was perfect. The resort offers a Coastal feel and decor, which was perfect after a # of days of travel. Lots of green space, a pool and direct beach access offered something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very great.

Take a dip in the Mediterranean before flying home! Riva di Palo is an easy 30 minute drive to the Rome airport, on a black- sanded beach with a pool and friendly relaxed restaurant with a glorious sunsets-All in all a great alternative to spending your last night at a bland airport hotel.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The biggest highlight was having the beach and pool so close together, making it easy to switch between the two throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating, always happy to help with anything we needed. The entire resort, including the rooms, was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We were also impressed with the restaurant, which we felt was the best in the local area, serving excellent food in a lovely setting. Overall, a relaxing, well-run resort in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beach holiday near Rome.

I liked the beach front property complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, paddle boards. They have bicycles you can use. Friendly front desk staff. If your too early for check in they store your luggage, so you can enjoy the pool or the beach. Breakfast is excellent, Tatiana will make any kind of coffee you like and make you feel at home. City center is about 15 minutes walk, plenty of shopping and restaurants. We love this place and highly recommend it. We will be back again and the best thing is there was no pick-pocketeers. Everyone there was local people on holidays.

Generally lovely tranquil resort with great beach access and good size pool. Rooms were well maintained but floors only swept not cleaned so left you with black feet. Breakfast good, but with an overly protective waitress who didn’t make it the most relaxing of experiences. Access to taxis is appalling locally so only stay here if you plan to walk everywhere of drive a car.

It was a great stay, it was a unique experience that we really enjoyed. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good with a nice ambience. The free breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, it was extensive and the offerings were delicious. We would definitely stay there again!

What an incredible property to stay at. Unfortunately my husband and I were only able to enjoy it for one night. It was a wonderful day at the beach, followed by great breakfast the next day. There was three other couples who stayed with us and they also enjoyed the property.

Great Exclusive resort on the coast

Fantastic small resort on the Italian coast - the whole area was just getting the season started but I can imagine the buzz in the high season. Can’t fault anything - staff, food, drinks, rooms - fantastic from start to finish- sad to leave.
