"Our second stay at Harbour Inn was better than our first! From Lynn's welcome at check-in/lovely breakfast service to a quiet and relaxing stay with great drinks at the bar and that outstanding seafood chowder, service is exceptional from the nicest people you could ever meet. The charm and professionalism make every stay a restorative holiday and show owner Kathleen's attention to the details of a lovely stay for every guest. We hated to depart!"

"Delightful reception staff in this iconic hotel which oozes history of celebrations from past eras. A lovely regal presence as soon as you enter with vibrant red sitting room around a fireplace. "I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. Some shower gel would have been nice. Overall a good stay. It was lovely lying listening to the water when we opened the windows. "

"Our hotel room was gorgeous, big comfy bed, lovely sofa in the room. Very spacious and clean. Shower was amazing. Staff were lovely. Left our do not disturb sign on door and the housekeeping still left us clean towels and toilet roll etc. car parking on first day was very busy, had to park on nearby street but was able to get one early the next day - most likely due to summer sessions on in town. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, great location! "
