Though not directly on the water, Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee are just a short walk/drive away, perfect for swimming, playing games at the arcades, or enjoying a scenic cruise on the lake.
After a day of adventure, kick back in a comfortable space that has everything you need to feel right at home.

A primary bedroom with a queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, and cozy wood-panel accents.
A second bedroom with two twin beds—just right for kids or extra guests.
A sleeper sofa in the living room.

Quiet & Comfortable

The property was a short drive from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The office had contacted me about a week in advance and informed me about how to get the keys for the unit. Unfortunately, only the entrances to the units are lit. This made it a bit difficult to identify the building at night. Apart from that, the only other issue we had was with the Wi-Fi. It kept going in and out. I ended up going to the library so that I could get a proper Wi-Fi connection as I got called from work and needed to get online. Tried using the Mobile Hotspot but that did not work properly either due to weak signal. Apart from this, we did not have any other issues. The place was very quiet and comfortable. And a short drive from downtown Laconia as well as Guilford & Meredith.

Great place for the Weirs Beach Area

We had an excellent stay at the property. It is walking distance (if you don't mind Tower Hill) to Weirs Beach and close to area attractions such as Funspot and Meredith Center. The condo had a nice outdoor area to sit in and was quiet. The staff was very responsive to some issues we ran into. My only critique is a better eplanation of the after hours arrival process.
