Your home away from home in Laconia with 3 bedrooms + a double futon in the den. This welcoming home features 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 king bed, perfect for a comfortable and cozy stay. With 2 newly renovated bathrooms equipped with tub & showers, and a hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy all that Laconia has to offer when you stay at our place.
New granite kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, stocked with kitchen & cooking essentials. Dining table w/6 chairs. The first floor has lots of flexible areas to chill out and relax, including the living room, dining area, eat-in-kitchen, heated and enclosed porch, and a den that's so cozy. Full bath with a new tub/shower, and the washer/dryer are on the first floor. Extra bedding & pillows for added comfort. All bedrooms and the 3/4 bath are on the 2nd floor. We have a no loud party policy, no fireworks, and ask you to be respectful of the neighbors. Partially fenced yard, back deck, plenty of parking! Enjoy your stay!

The rental was sparkling clean inside the whole house. The rooms were very spacious. Very comfortable beds, very nice towels, bedding and well stocked with household necessities. Cute decor and nice carpet. The location slightly detracted from the overall value.The host was very responsive and the check in and check out was simple and easy.

The house was very spacious and newly renovated. It was. Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, which was the reason for our trip. I’d love to explore more of the area on another trip.
