Spacious 2 BDR/2BA Weirs Beach Condo

The unit has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths that can sleep as many as 8 people, including the 2 air mattresses we have on site.

The unit is Bring Your Own linens (Sheets, pillowcases and towels) and we do expect that you'll treat the space with respect, like you would expect guests to do in your own home.

Wi-Fi available, as well as family games, DVD Player, Blu-Ray Player, assorted movies, Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu access, a fully stocked kitchen (regular coffee pot, not Keurig), and en suite laundry.

The condo facility has a salt water swimming pool on site, BBQ grills, bocci ball and tennis courts and a child's playground.

The unit is about a 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on your pace) to the Lake and Weirs Beach, the arcades and Mount Washington boat/Hobo railroad station (or less than a minute in a car but you would have to pay for parking). We are less than 10 minutes away from Bank of NH Pavilion, Meredith and right next door to the famous Kellerhaus Ice Cream and Candy shop.
We are less than 10 minutes from Gunstock Ski Area and about 30 minutes from Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Waterville Valley, and all the White Mountain attractions, etc.

Responsible Pet owners are welcomed to bring their well-behaved 4-leggeds along with an additional $500 (five-hundred dollars) security deposit. If you plan to bring a pet, you will need to make the additional deposit via PayPal or mail me a check.. Please indicate type, breed and size of your pet.

There is NO SMOKING in the unit or on the screen porch.

The unit is ONLY available for 3 night stay or more.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA OR OTHER non-VRBO/HomeAway RENTAL SEARCH SITES, you will see a weird security deposit request.
When you see the deposit section there it will initially indicate a $1900 security deposit -this is 100% WRONG!!!
There is a $400 cash refundable deposit AND a $59 damage protection insurance policy for $1500 worth of damage protection ($400 doesn't cover if you punch holes in the walls, steal the furniture, etc. - don't laugh - that happened to us).
This is a feature of those external sites run by Expedia and it's affiliates.

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. The clean condo was well stocked with everything you would need from dishes to games. The two separate bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready quickly in the morning. The location was great too, not far from Fun Spot nor the pier! We enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool, it was very refreshing. The owner was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. I would recommend staying at this location if you plan on visiting the area for more than 2 days.

Clean and affordable unit in a desirable area

This unit is in a great location near Weir's beach and other points of interest around the Laconia area. For the price it makes for a very attractive spot to stay and enjoy a week away. The unit is in a large complex and we were very happy with the quality of the pool. This particular unit is a bit in the back from the entrance/pool area if that is a concern, but still just a very short walk away. Overall it was a no-fuss experience and I would recommend it.

Perfect home over the July 4th weekend

This home was a pleasure to have stayed in. Caught my attention as I was looking for something near the Bank of NH Pavilion. It was nice to find something that we were able to book for 3 nights over the holiday weekend. Also, we needed a place that was pet friendly. Kelly was very easy to contact and patient as we had a bit of a hiccup accessing the key (complete fault on our end). Entering, you could get the sense that the owners liked to keep the condo in pristine condition. Location was perfect as you could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk area. We were on the go most of the time so were not able to take advantage of cooking at home but you could see that all kitchen details were covered. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

A wonderful stay at the Condo by the lake

In August 2015 I was planning a special trip for my mothers birthday. It was a very important trip, and I was very nervous. Immediately upon arrival we were met with beautiful accomodations, extras we couldn't have even asked for and the best hosts ever. They make you feel truly comfortable, are quick to answer any questions and leave loads of local insight and information at your fingertips. The Condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The back screened porch and yard provide a quiet outdoor space to enjoy the mountain air. I would recommend renting anytime, for all ocassions. Located within walking distance of all the necessities and most of the local attractions, with outdoor pool and spaces to enjoy it truly is a beautiful vacation destination. -M

We had a great vacation. Brought out boat to be able to explore the beautiful lake. Boat access and marina in close proximity. Condo location is perfect. Close to everything. Clean, well stocked and great location

We loved staying at this condo. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen and it was very clean. The bathrooms were nicely updated. Although it is small, the layout maximizes the space and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. The pool area was clean and the grills were easy to use with a lovely eating area. This unit is on the first floor and we enjoyed sipping coffee outside on the small patio. There was a small grassy area perfect for letting our dog out and ample parking.

Home away from home

The property was perfect for our family of 5 and our furbaby! You could take a casual walk to the beach or drive a little in any direction and find something to do. Many suggestions were provided in the binder provided, too. With so many comforts of home provided, when we came home for the night, it was easy to settle in and relax to get ready for the next day.

Great place! Immaculately clean & close to everything.

This place was great. Had a very homey feel to it. The owner Kelly, was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. We found everything that we needed right in the condo and Kelly was good enough to have a binder available with a ton of local stuff to do. You don't need to leave the unit as it has all the amenities including a washer and dryer and air mattresses and fans etc. BOOK THIS RENTAL! You won't regret it.

Wonderful stay

This Condo was the perfect place for my family of 5. It was well maintained, clean and the perfect location. The pool was fabulous and the grounds were gorgeous. We will absolutely choose to stay here again in this beautifully updated rental.

Great home away from home

This pet friendly home is immaculate and contained every convenience of home. The location is great, very close to all local attractions. Even the bed was super comfortable and I didn't wake up with a pain in my neck (except for my husband, of course) all week! We look forward to returning!
